Alternative communication methods during censorship, interruptions, and restrictions on the Internet in Ukraine
dComms means decentralised communications.
We suggest that you pre-install and test the following applications that can work autonomously and regardless of external internet shutdowns. If you are located in the temporarily occupied territories, then this simple preparation guarantees you communication channels that can work regardless of connectivity issues.
We have created 10 servers across Ukraine to ensure the possibility of communication between users over the local network, regardless of what is happening. The applications listed below will be updated on an ongoing basis.
Our principles
Human Rights
We stand for inherent human rights online, such as the right to unimpeded access to the Internet
Privacy

We believe that it is the community of users, not tech giants, that should determine the future of the Internet
